Security of payment and personal details
We process all payments through Streamline Worldpay, and we do so when you place your order. Streamline Worldpay's encrypted servers ensure your card and other personal details cannot be accessed by any third party. We do not retain your card details ourselves. We do collect your personal information through the ordering process and in order to facilitate delivery. We never pass on your personal information to any third party, but may from time to time send you information about our own products and promotions. Please contact us at any time if you no longer wish to receive such updates.
All of our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
We accept online payment in a secure environment with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.
We will accept returns (or provide an exchange where possible) but, in any event, a refund will only be available if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please note, all delivery charges incurred on returns, or for exchanges, will be your responsibility, other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase. In the event that any item is returned for refund it must be in a fully saleable condition, having been returned in the same condition in which it left us. Upon satisfactory receipt of any returns we will make a refund of the purchase price paid for the item, but will not refund either the cost of delivery or return.
